Professional Development at Research for Better Teaching

Christina Olansen-Rilli

Christina has worked in urban education for the past eighteen years as a classroom teacher, trainer and middle school administrator.  She has designed and implemented a school-wide professional development program, as well as coached new and emerging teachers in all disciplines. Her particular areas of interest include team building, practical application of data analysis, fostering creative thinking and problem solving, and school culture. Christina particularly enjoys working with educators to create sustainable professional learning communities that support teachers, increase effective teaching strategies and promote student growth.
