Returns may be authorized within 45 days of the purchase date.
Email email@example.com or call 978-263-9449 with your order number to receive your return authorization.
If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
If the item is deemed defected or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for your return. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If your order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back from you, and have processed them at our warehouse.
