Rick Rogers has over 35 years of experience in public education, including 28 years as a principal in both urban and suburban settings. He is passionate about the principalship with particular interest in promoting an inclusive school community and a strong professional learning culture.Rick brings experience as a leadership coach working with both beginning and experienced school leaders and as a facilitator for the Center for Courage & Renewal’s Soul of Leadership program. He has also served as a facilitator for the National Institute of School Leadership and as an adjunct instructor for the Graduate School of Education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Rick holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College, an M.Ed. from Lesley University and a C.A.S. in School Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
